What is a sleeping instance?+
On the Free plan, your Odoo instance automatically stops after ~30 minutes of inactivity and starts again when you access it. If you don't access it for 14 days, the account is auto-suspended and you'll need to reactivate it manually. This keeps resource consumption to a minimum.
Can I change plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Does IncubaCloud support both Odoo CE and Enterprise?+
Yes. IncubaCloud can deploy and manage both Odoo Community Edition (CE) and Odoo Enterprise instances. You bring your own Odoo code and repositories - IncubaCloud handles the infrastructure.
Is my data secure?+
Each tenant has its own database and isolated containers. Backups are encrypted and stored on Hetzner Object Storage (S3) in the EU. You have SSH access to your own VPS.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?+
You can purchase extra hosts or instances without changing your plan. The price per extra depends on your current plan and is billed monthly.
Can I connect my own VPS?+
Yes. You can connect any VPS you have SSH access to. You can also get on-demand VPS directly from the platform.
Is there a commitment period?+
No. You can cancel at any time. On the annual plan, you enjoy the discount for the duration of the subscription.
What does the support include?+
Support exclusively covers the management platform: ensuring containers run, deployments execute, and backups are performed. It does not include consulting or functional Odoo support.
