Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate — you get access to the new limits right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period, so you keep your current plan until then.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at a ~22% discount compared to monthly pricing. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time and the discount applies immediately.
What happens if I exceed my host or instance limits?
You can add extra hosts and instances at the per-unit prices shown in the comparison table. They are billed on top of your base plan, prorated to your billing cycle.
Does IncubaCloud support Odoo Enterprise?
Yes. IncubaCloud supports both Odoo Community (CE) and Odoo Enterprise. You can deploy either edition on any plan — the pricing is the same.
What does "sleeping instance" mean on the Free plan?
On the Free plan, your instance automatically stops after ~30 minutes of inactivity and starts again when you access it. This keeps costs at zero. Paid plans run always-on instances with no sleep.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan itself serves as a trial — no credit card required. When you're ready for more resources, upgrade to a paid plan and only pay from that moment.
